Ingredients

• • 4 pounds of pork roast
• • 3 carrots, sliced
• • 1 onion, sliced
• • 3 potatoes, diced
• • 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
• • 1 teaspoon of cumin
• • ½ teaspoon of chili powder
• • 1 cup of water
• • Black pepper
• • Salt

Instructions

1. Pour the water in the slow cooker and place in it the pork roast then cover it with the rest of the ingredients.
2. Cover the pot and cook the roast for 8 h on low then serve it warm and enjoy.
