Ingredients

  • • 6 duck legs
  • • 4 tablespoons of red curry paste
  • • 6 kaffir limes
  • • 1 small pineapple, cut into chunks
  • • 1 small red chili, sliced
  • • 1 cup of water
  • • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • • 2 tablespoons of fish sauce
  • • Black pepper
  • • Salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the duck legs with water, kaffir limes, red curry paste, brown sugar, fish sauce and red chili in a slow cooker then season them with some salt and pepper.
  2. Cover the pot and cook them for 3 h on low then stir in the rest of the pineapples and cook them for 1 h on low.
  3. Once the time is up, stir in the coconut milk and simmer it for 15 min then serve it warm and enjoy.
